Shipping Policy

We ship SomnaTech orders internationally. Orders are typically processed within approximately 1 business day.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Tracking is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 USD. Any shipping charge that applies to your order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel comfortable trying SomnaTech Pulse™ in your real morning routine.

If you don’t like your Pulse™ for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for your money back.

To start a return, contact SomnaTech support with your order number within the 30-day period. Once the return is approved and completed, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
